An Insolvency Practitioner or Senior Manager who ideally can win work as well as running a caseload is required to join our client’s insolvency practice based at their Leeds office
Our Client
Our client is an established, growing, independent insolvency practice based in Leeds. Development of the business into new areas means that our client now wishes to recruit another insolvency practitioner or senior insolvency manager to work with the emcumbent IP to continue the growth and development of the business.
Role
The role is suited to:
1.A recently qualified IP wishing to take their first appointment taking role, or
2.An established IP who has a network of work referrers, or
3.A senior insolvency manager who has the drive and ambition to become an IP
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent corporate and personal insolvency skills
- JIEB qualification
- Minimum of 7 years insolvency experience
- Market focused
- Drive and determination to grow the business
- Experience of managing a portfolio of insolvency cases from start to finish
- Experience of controlling billings and WIP
- Good communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
Skills to develop a small team
Our client will consider applications from candidates who can bring a network of work providers with them OR candidates who are comfortable networking and developing business but who may only have a small network of work referrers.
Salary
An excellent salary package in the region of £60,000 - £75,000 pa is negotiable, subject to experience. The salary level will reflect the contribution that the candidate can bring to the role and part of the remuneration will be offered in the form of commission/bonus.
