Our Top 10 Business Recovery and Insolvency client is looking for an experienced Insolvency Administrator to deal with the timely
closure of Administration and Liquidation cases.
This will typically involve
dealing with the agreement of creditor claims and processing of distributions
to the preferential and unsecured creditors including prescribed part dividends.
The
role will include undertaking a closure review of the case file and preparing
the final report and R & P.
The
ideal candidate will have solid experience in a Corporate Insolvency
environment. They must be extremely well
organised with a good eye for detail and have a thorough knowledge of the
dividend and closures process under 2016 Insolvency Rules.
The
role is for a fixed period of 3 months to support the Progressions and Closures
team in central Manchester.
This role would be suitable to candidates looking for a fixed term contract, full time or part time working and our client is happy to accomodate flexible hours.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years corporate insolvency experience
- Ideally CPI qualified
Salary
A salary rate of between £25k and £30k (FTE) is negotiable for this role on a pro rata basis subject to experience and qualifications and hours worked.
