Our Client
Our client is a national business recovery and insolvency practice that is continuing to grow and is seeking another qualified appointment taking IP to join their established team in West Yorkshire advising a range of businesses in financial difficulties.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of mainly corporate insolvency cases, ensuring full complaince
- Give business recovery and insolvency advice
- Manage a small team in a variety of insolvencies
- Plan case strategy
- Control costs, WIP and billings
- Managing, developing and engaging staff
- Networking and helping to develop the practice

Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 7 years insolvency experience
- JIEB qualified
- Has a thorough knowledge of all forms of
formal insolvency procedure and legislation
- Understands and manages risk within
potential and current cases
- Highly professional and respected
- Keeps CPD up to date
- An ability to win work would be an advantage but not essential.
Salary
An excellent salary package is negotiable for this role subject to experience, qualifications and what you can bring to the role, which can be expected to be in the region of c£75k plus benefits
