Insolvency Practitioner/Senior Manager   Leeds  c£60k + Bonus/Commission

An Insolvency Practitioner or Senior Manager who has the desire to win work as well as running a caseload is required to join our client’s insolvency team at their Leeds office

Our Client

Our client is a growing business advisory and chartered accountancy practice with an established and extremely well regarded insolvency practice. Continuing growth now means that our client is looking to appoint another insolvency practitioner or senior manager to work alongside the emcumbent IP to continue the growth and development of the business.   

Role

The role is suited to:

1.A recently qualified IP wishing to take their first appointment taking role, or 

2.An established IP who has a network of work referrers, or

3.A senior insolvency manager who has the drive and ambition to become an IP

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent corporate insolvency skills
  • Experience of viability reviews and IBRs
  • JIEB qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years insolvency experience
  • Market focused 
  • Drive and determination to grow the business
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of insolvency cases from start to finish
  • Experience of controlling billings and WIP
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Skills to develop a small team

Our client recognises that the candidate may not be able to bring work with them on joining, but it is important that the candidate has access to potential markets, is keen to be actively involved in developing the business and is smart and presentable.

An accounting qualification is not essential.

Salary

An excellent salary package in the region of £60,000 pa is negotiable, subject to experience, in addition to which an excellent bonus or commission is negotiable to reflect the candidates contribution to the development of the business.
