An experienced Assistant Corporate Insolvency Manager is sought by our National Independent Insolvency and Restructuring practice at their office in Manchester
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced assistant corporate insolvency manager to join the rapidly growing corporate team to handle a mix of advisory and formal corporate insolvencies including trading administrations. Some previous experience of advisory assignments is essential although this aspect will only represent a small proportion of the role.
Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing insolvency and restructuring business which has an excellent reputation for providing advisory and formal insolvency advice to small, medium and large organisations across the country. Our client is also a panel member for a large number of banks and other lenders.
Role
- Responsible for undertaking a variety of formal corporate appointments
- Assisting managers, senior managers and IPs in advising clients and appointers
- Writing advisory and formal insolvency reports
- Undertaking advisory assignments
- Liaising with other team mambers
- Delegating tasks to junior staff and ensuring junior staff are effectivley managed
- Helping to build relationships with work providers and introducers
Essential Skills
- Interchangeable advisory and formal skills
- Experience of undertaking advisory assignments and reporting to banks and clients
- Experience of trading and pre-pack administrations, CVLs, MVLs and CVAs
Salary
A salary of between £30 and £35k pa plus significant bonus is negotiable subject to the experience
