We may use your contact details for the purposes of informing you of opportunities and developments which may be in the form of a mailer but this will only ever be in relation to our services. If, at any time, you request us to remove your details you may do so by contacting us in the usual way and we will remove them as quickly as we can. We utilise the services of Mailchimp and we will do our best to update this service. Candidate and client records are retained for three years after the last occasion that you have contacted us following which the record will be destroyed, save for candidates that we have successfully placed in which case records are destroyed after 6 years from the date of placement.We only retain sufficient details from clients to enable us to contact our clients with regards to specific job roles and ensure that the recruitment process operates as smoothly as possible and that you are aware of the types of candidates we have registered.
