Your privacy and confidentiality is absolutely paramount in all our dealings with candidates and clients alike.  It fundamentally underpins our whole business and everything we do.  We expect candidates and clients to respect this and to treat all our dealings in the same way.By registering with us for job opportunities or instructing us to recruit on your behalf you are consenting to your personal data being stored by
ourselves.   When we receive information from you, whether that is by email, this website, social media, letter or phone, we will do our best to ensure that it remains totally confidential unless you give us specific authority to disclose it to third parties.  Our electronic and manual records are secured to prevent unauthorised access.Candidates CVs are never released to a third party without the specific agreement of the candidate and we always redact or remove any contact details such as address, phone number and email address when sending an approved CV to a client.  In this way, the candidate will not be contacted by the client directly until such time as the candidate agrees otherwise.   Where a formal job is offered to the candidate we will seek your approval to releasing your contact details to the prospective employer so that they can send a formal offer letter or email.We never sell or transfer your personal details to a third party. We may use your contact details for the purposes of informing you of opportunities and developments which may be in the form of a mailer but this will only ever be in relation to our services.  If, at any time, you request us to remove your details you may do so by contacting us in the usual way and we will remove them as quickly as we can.  We utilise the services of Mailchimp and we will do our best to update this service. Candidate and client records are retained for three years after the last occasion that you have contacted us following which the record will be destroyed, save for candidates that we have successfully placed in which case records are destroyed after 6 years from the date of placement.We only retain sufficient details from clients to enable us to contact our clients with regards to specific job roles and ensure that the recruitment process operates as smoothly as possible and that you are aware of the types of candidates we have registered.  

If, at any time, you request us to remove your details you may do so by contacting us in the usual way and we will remove them as quickly as we can. We utilise the services of Mailchimp and we will do our best to update this service.



















Nothing in this policy shall conflict with our duty to pass information to certain third
parties to prevent or detect crime, to protect public funds, or in other way
permitted or required by law, exercising or defending legal claims. Article
9(2)(f) of the GDPR allows this where the processing "is necessary for the
establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or whenever courts are
acting in their judicial capacity".
