Insolvency Closings Manager | Assistant Manager Full or Part Time    


Negotiable (Subject to Experience) 

An experienced Insolvency Manager or Assistant Manager is required to join our Leeds based business advisory practice to take responsibility for closing all types of insolvency assignments on either a full time or part time basis

Our Client

Our client is an independent insolvency and business advisory practice offering a complete range of business advice and insolvency solutions.  Our client deals with corporate and personal insolvency. 

The Role 

  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of both corporate and personal insolvency cases at their final stages
  • Review and ensure all cases are fully compliant
  • Liaise with managers and IPs with queries
  • Ensuring all assets have been realised, creditors claims recorded and any investigations concluded
  • Settling IP liabilities
  • Raising final bills
  • Dealing with final distributions and payments
  • Filing all necessary reports to creditors and statutory bodies
  • Notifying insurers  
  • Work without supervision efficiently

Experience and Skills 

  • A minimum of 5 years insolvency experience
  • CPI and /or JIEB preferred
  • Has a thorough knowledge of all forms of formal insolvency procedure and legislation
  • Understands and manages risk within potential and current cases
  • Keeps CPD up to date
