Our Client
Our client is one of the North's leading advisory and business recovery practices offering a range of services to mainly SME companies.
The Role
Subject to your level of experience:
- To take responsibility for own cases for mainly corporate cases
- Preparation and implementation of case strategy
- Preparing / reviewing statutory reports
- Reporting to managers and partners
- Write concise reports and adhere to tight diary schedules
- To ensure compliance with all legislation and regulatory requirements are met
- Investigation
work and identifying potential areas of review for maximising asset
realisations
- Liaising with solicitors, agents and stakeholders
- Calculating and making distributions including the prescribed part
- Overseeing the closure process to ensure timely completion
Experience and Skills
- At least two year’s experience in corporate insolvency
- CPI Preferred but not essential
- Good technical knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively without close supervision
- Ability to take instruction/feedback and act swiftly on said instruction/feedback.
- Accurate data-entry skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
Salary
A competitive salary of £20k - £35k pa which is negotiable subject
to experience and qualifications.
