Trainee Insolvency Administrators - Graduate or A Level

Our client is looking for a Trainee Insolvency Administrator to join their small and busy corporate restructuring and recovery team. If you are full of enthusiasm, have the desire to develop your understanding of accountancy whilst gaining valuable experience in an exciting and challenging environment. .  Applications are invited from individual with a couple of years administration experience or University graduates with a  suitable qualification

One of the leading Corporate Rescue and Recovery businesses in the country working with a variety of small businesses, professional advisers, large corporations and financial institutions they offer.

The Role

You will be working within a small corporate restructuring and recovery team, as well as liaising with Leeds office. Responsible for a variety of duties including filing of documentation, updating client files, assisting the Insolvency team and cashier, liaising with solicitors and clients and assist with the preparation of statutory paperwork.

Duties & Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities will vary case to case but are likely to include:

  • Assisting with corporate insolvency cases
  • Preparing reports and drafting correspondence
  • Liaising with solicitors and relevant parties
  • Aiding in the preparation of documents for banks and other financial institutions
  • Filing documentation
  • General administrative support and assistance
  • Data input
  • Attending site visits as and when required


Have excellent communication skills and an ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels. Ideally have at least 2 x A Levels and GCSE passes in Maths and English of grade C or above, be numerate, computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Excel, Word as well as an ability to learn new systems as required


A competitive salary of between £16,000 and £18,000 pa is available for these roles subject to experience and qualifications.
