Our client is looking for an experienced Insolvency Assistant Manager or Manager to join a recently established and growing business recovery practice based in North Birmingham to help establish the practice. This is a great opportunity for an experienced insolvency professional looking for a new challenge to make their mark at this early stage in our clients business.
Our Client
Our client is a recently formed business advisory and insolvency practice that seeks to establish a prescence in the West Midlands. The business is being set up by established insolvency work winners who generate upwards of £750k of corporate insolvency assignments each year. These cases are secured from winding up petitions, accountants, lenders and website traffic and comprise mainly CVLs and Administrations
The Role
- Work closely with the appointment taking IP
- Take responsibilty for new corporate insolvency assignments - mainly CVLs and Administrations but will include all aspects of corporate work in due course
- Manage all aspects of the cases from start to finish
- Assist the IP and owners recruiting and managing a small team
- Managing billing and WIP
- Motivating and training staff

Experience and Skills - CPI or JIEB qualified preferred
- Corporate Insolvency background
- Minimum of 5 years insolvency experience
- Excellent technical skills
- Highly professional and respected
- Excellent communicator
Salary
A salary of £35-45k pa is negotiable for this role subject to experience and qualifications.
